ORDER TRACKING TIPS & CONSIDERATIONS
*Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods
If your order has not shipped after three business days, you will receive an email notifying you.  Some reasons for the delay could include the following:
•       We are experiencing higher order volume during this time
•       Item(s) in your order may be on backorder in the next 72 hours
•       Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand
•       Shipping address outside of the continental United States
•       A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order

P.O. BOX

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, packages will be sent via USPS.

HAZMAT PRODUCT SHIPPING

If your order contains a hazmat item  it must ship ground Standard Shipping (4-8 days total delivery time including processing time) for domestic and ship DHL Express for international orders. International shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout. All Hazmat products can only ship via ground Standard Shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO military address locations at this time.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed

  • A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding United States holidays

  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number

  • International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates

  • All prices listed on this page are quoted in USD. All prices at checkout and while shopping are displayed in your selected local currency

  • Duties and taxes vary by country/region of destination and will be determined during checkout

  • Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments

  • International orders cannot be shipped to a APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses

  • International order totals cannot exceed $500

DUTIES + TAXES REFUND

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. Refunds will be issued for the product price. If you are returning a purchase and were charged for duties and taxes at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. 

BUSINESS DAYS + HOLIDAYS

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Packages do not ship from our fullfilment center on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.
